Quadel is looking for experienced housing professionals to join our team as Contract Trainers . This is an opportunity to share your knowledge, work with housing agencies nationwide, and help staff build confidence in program administration, compliance, and operations.
✅ 5+ years of experience administering Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and/or Public Housing programs
✅ Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements
✅ Experience in occupancy, eligibility, inspections, rent calculations, recertifications, quality control, or program management
✅ Excellent presentation and communication skills
✅ Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or public speaking experience preferred
✅ Industry certifications such as PHM, HCV, COS, HQS, UPCS, or similar credentials are a plus
